Our Aerial Yoga classes are designed to
encourage your child's quest for physical challenge!
Kids,Tweens & Teens Aerial Yoga will develop
self awareness, spatial understanding, self esteem,
and interpersonal relationships.
Children gain enhanced concentration,
flexibility, body awareness, and discover the freedom of finding stability outside the conventional means
of grounding. You will feel overall well-being from any yoga practice, but an Aerial Yoga class
has evenmore to offer...this super-fun style of Aerial
Yoga not only promotes better balance, confidence, a sense of courage
and strength, it subconsciously trains their bodies
and minds not to be afraid of trying new things.

ADULTS
The Aerial Yoga hammock enables you to do things that would not be possible on your mat. Join us and experience the calming and powerful stress relief of Aerial Yoga. Students will enjoy deepening into yoga poses with the supportive assistance of an aerial yoga hammock.There will be an opportunity to hold poses and inversions for extended time to allow the body to open while connecting to the breath.
Accessible for all levels and beginners very welcome. A weekly aerial yoga practice is guaranteed to foster positive well being, flexibility, and fitness. Life is better upside-down.

in their own bodies. Yoga helps children learn to integrate movement with breath, to help with balance, to focus their minds and calm their nervous systems. Yoga classes are imaginative, fun-loving, supportive and active. Yoga for children is playful, informative & structured with traditional and creative age appropriate movements and postures! Students learn coordination, gain strength, body awareness and increase self confidence.
Yoga for kids classes are non-competitive & explores different themes & games, through movement, storytelling, mediation, music and art. Classes teach stress-relieving techniques, as well as students who participate gain physical, emotional, mental and educational benefits.
